Welcome to the newly (re)opened church building of UMC Santa Cruz!  In case you have forgotten . . . our building for worship is located at 250 California Street, on the Westside of Santa Cruz.  We are fully cleaned and ready for your presence in worship.

We are offering a Hybrid Worship experience; you may choose to worship in-person or via Zoom.   Please download a copy of the Bulletin for your use or save it to use on your phone to be “greener”.

For Zooming or In-Person Worship, send your contact information on the ‘Contact’ page by 8 am on Sunday to receive the Zoom link and bulletin information.

Our Service Times will remain the same; Sunday Morning 10:30 Gathering Fellowship and 10:45 Worship.  There will be Fellowship Time outside after worship for in-person participants

For In-Person Worship, we ask that you have a mask to wear as we begin this new process; our Worship Leader will sing throughout the service; congregational singing is not yet being offered.

You will be asked to register and have your temperature taken before entering the Sanctuary.  Please retain social distancing while seated and communicating with one another.

Our Greeting, Prayers, Offering and Communion Times will have a new structure.

Our protocols for worship will change as we progress through our new reality.

PayPal continues to be available on this Website.

For Zoom Participants, you may continue to interact with the congregation during Gathering Time and while sharing prayers; you may sing while you are muted; words to the songs will be included on your Zoom Invitation.

Small Groups will be opening up to this Hybrid model as well; watch the News FeedRainbow Heart on our Website and Worship Bulletin for updated announcements.  Join us as you grow deeper in your faith.  Whoever you are and wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome to grow with us.

Our Zoom Groups continue every Tuesday; first, third and fourth Thursdays, and on Wednesday mornings.   Enrich your spirit; let us know how we can support you!
